Jasper’s (she/they) talents began as a young Hispanic artist attending the Glassell School of Art and acceptance into the High School for the Performing and Visual Arts (HSPVA). At HSPVA, she expanded her skills in the visual arts of illustration and painting. Her interests led her to further pursue an artistic education by studying architecture.
Jasper is an architectural designer and multidisciplinary artist who has experience interning for large and small architecture firms based in Los Angeles, California, and Houston, Texas. Her internships exposed her to a wide variety of projects at a multitude of scales. Projects ranged from master plan circulation design, re-imagining a public transit hub, higher education façade designs, promotional animations and videography, and garment designs.
Jasper received her Master of Architecture from The Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI Arc). She received her Bachelor of Environmental Design and an Art Minor from Texas A&M University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
You can always find Jasper expressing herself through experimental makeup and fashion. While not practicing architecture, she works as an artist continuing her exploration in performative film, photography, painting, sculpture, digital collage, and set design.
