
Renovations and additions to Cypress Ridge High School include:
- New Fine Arts Building Addition (Black Box, Art and Digital Media Classrooms, Orchestra Rehearsal Hall with Practice Rooms, Auditorium Storage, and Support Spaces)
- New Culinary Instructional Addition
- New Athletic Storage Building for tennis and football organizations
- Two (2) New Tennis Court Additions with CMU backboards and a spectator area consisting of bleachers and a canopy
- Renovation of six (6) existing tennis courts
- Interior renovation of three (3) existing press boxes and replacement of the PA Systems (Football, Baseball, and Softball)
- Replacing Competition Football Scoreboard and Spirit Sign
- Replacing 3 Basketball Scoreboards
- Replacing existing track surface at Competition Field with new, including long jump and pole vaults (New 30M exchange zone layout/striping included)
- Replacing Athletic Lockers with new
- Replacing Auxiliary Weight Room flooring with new
- Replacing sound system in Competition Gym with new
- Refinishing and restriping Auxiliary Gym Floor
- Replacing Competition Gym Floor with new floor + striping design
- The main building renovation includes floor tile replacements in the main corridors (1st and 2nd levels) and the cafeteria. The project scope also includes repainting all previously painted interior surfaces, casework replacements, and the installation of new acoustical ceilings. Also included in the renovation are the installation of new A/V, lighting, and control systems at the Auditorium and Black Box, new door hardware and card readers, along with security glazing improvements. The scope also includes the replacement of HVAC systems and new cap sheets for the existing modified bituminous membrane roofing.
